A weekly purchase is a one time payment for 7 days of access. It never auto renews. When it ends, you keep every paper you attempted, its solutions and all your analytics, forever. No cancellation is needed and, because the digital content unlocks immediately, weekly purchases are not refundable once the week's papers have been accessed.
Monthly plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then. Charges already billed for a period in which you accessed content are not refundable.
If a scheduled week of papers fails to publish on time, that week is free: we either extend your access by 7 days or refund that week's payment, your choice. If you are double charged or charged in error, tell us and we refund the duplicate in full.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval, subject to your bank's processing time. For direct UPI payments, refunds are sent to the same UPI ID that paid.
