One payment of ₹99 gives you every practice paper, all your analytics, the solution keys and D.Prep AI until 23:59 IST on 26 October 2026, a month after the 26 September 2026 examination. That is the entire transaction. There is no weekly plan, no monthly plan, no subscription and no automatic renewal, so no payment can ever be taken from you again.
Because access is sold once and never renews, there is no billing to stop and no cancellation to make. Your access simply ends on 26 October 2026. You do not need to contact us, and you will not be charged for continuing to use the product until that date.
Purchases are not refundable. The papers, their solution keys and the analytics are digital content that unlocks in full the moment payment is confirmed, and it cannot be returned once it has been made available to you. Everything you already did stays yours, permanently and at no cost: every paper you attempted, its solution keys and all of your analytics and score history. What stops on that date is new papers, retrying papers, and D.Prep AI.
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or charged by a technical fault without receiving access, that is not a refund request and this policy does not apply to it. Write to us with the payment reference and we will return the incorrect charge in full. Approved returns of this kind go back to the original payment method, subject to your bank or the network's processing time.
