Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2026

This page says plainly what we collect, why, and who touches it. No dark patterns, no ad trackers, no selling data. Ever.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and the name you choose to share.
Study data: your paper attempts, answers, timings, scores and the analytics computed from them. This is the product working as described.
AI assistant messages: the questions you ask and the context needed to answer them, processed by our AI provider to generate replies.
Payment references: order identifiers, plan, amount and status from our payment processors. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Feedback: anything you type into the feedback form, stored with your email so we can reply.

Who processes it

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run D.Prep: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Supabase (database and login), our payment processors (Cashfree and UPI, for payments only), Anthropic (AI assistant replies), and Google Sheets (feedback log). Each receives only what its function requires.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third party advertising or advertising trackers. We do not send marketing email without your consent; transactional email such as login codes always works.

Retention and deletion

Your study history is kept so the product can keep its promise that attempted papers and analytics stay yours. Want everything gone? Email us from your account address and we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for legal and tax compliance.

Security

Access is protected with one time email codes. Data is encrypted in transit. Answer keys and personal data are locked behind server side access rules. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you promptly and plainly.
